Job Summary
Responsible for the strategic shift planning, compliance and adherence of the ADfusion/Client model in liaison with client management, covering Inbound, Production, Outbound, Salvage and SHEQ Management.
Ensures that the strategic shift plan is executed, productivity is managed as per set targets, and risks to clients and staff are minimized.
Maintains and implements HR and IR policies, ensures housekeeping standards are maintained, and protects the ADfusion model at all times.
