Job Summary
This role supports the Pricing & Eligibility team by helping ensure contract pricing data is accurate, customer eligibility is properly determined, and pricing and membership work is completed in line with vendor requirements and department timelines.
Key Responsibilities include reviewing and validating credit and rebill requests, providing customer service related to pricing and membership, and capturing and maintaining required audit documentation.
