Associates will rotate through various business functions including Business Development, Product, Consulting, Marketing, and Client Services, gaining exposure to training, development, mentoring, and leadership opportunities.
The role involves supporting the Business Development team by developing and maintaining client relationships, identifying growth opportunities through analytics and market intelligence, and assisting with client requests to grow Visa's share of business.
