Job Summary

  • Responsible for ensuring there is an up-to-date and verified database of all Assets and Configuration Items (CIs) throughout the IT Service Management Lifecycle.
  • Apply a continuous improvement approach to identifying and tracking company assets, CIs and their dependencies within the Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders, internal teams (such as Applications and Change and Release Mgt teams) and external vendors for the introduction and retirement of assets.
