Job Summary
Oversees the daily operations of the LUECC and the allocation of personnel and resources.
Serves as the primary liaison for industry partners, including the Liberty University Police Department (LUPD).
Assumes primary responsibility for ensuring LU employees working within the LUECC follow all policies and procedures in accordance with national standards, Department of EMCE, OSPS, and LU.

Key Requirements
Minimum of five (5) years in emergency services
High school diploma or GED required
NCIC/VCIN certifications
Pass a fingerprint background check
Complete CJIS TAC Training within six (6) months
Complete Quality Assurance/Quality Improvement Training within six (6) months
Certified IS 100, IS 200, IS 700, IS 800
Certified ICS 300, ICS 400 within (1) year
Certified FEMA Professional Development Series within one (1) year
