Job Summary

  • This leadership role is responsible for defining, governing, and the R&C strategic approach to customer marketing.
  • The Associate Director owns the end-to-end customer marketing strategy, while directly leading analytical efforts for near real time analysis of environment dynamics, customer behaviors and customer budgets that impact the Raytheon bookings pipeline.
  • Close partnership with these leaders and their teams will be critical in addition to integration of the voice of the customer from R&C Customer Account Managers.
