Must-have

  • Developmental Social Worker Diploma or equivalent
  • Two years experience with developmental disabilities
  • Valid Ontario Class G or G2 Driver's license
  • Current First Aid, CPR with Defibrillation training
  • Non-Violent Crisis Intervention Certification
  • Medication administration training and experience

Nice-to-have

  • Experience in FASD (Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder)
  • Ability to lift up to 20 lbs
  • Personal Care Support experience
  • Lifts and transfers capability
  • Strong oral and written communication skills

Key Requirements

  • Completion of 2-year post-secondary program
  • Minimum 2 years experience with vulnerable populations
  • Criminal Records Check with vulnerable sector screening
  • WHIMIS certification required
  • Medication dispensing training mandatory
