Job Summary

• Assists the Operations Manager or Regional Operations Manager in directing the mobile engineering services operation and maintenance of all assigned buildings.
• Performs and/or directs the performance of all maintenance departmental service requests, ensuring that work performed in these areas is accomplished efficiently with a minimum amount of disruption and inconvenience.

Key Requirements

• Minimum of a high school diploma
• Two years of trades schooling in electrical system design, refrigeration and HVAC
• Six (6) years of technical and supervisory experience
• Universal CFC recovery certification
• Must be able to lift up to 80 lbs. and climb up to 30 ft ladders
• Must possess and maintain a valid state driver’s license
