  • Maintains accurate documentation, including patient evaluations, progress notes, discharge notes, patient/family education, charges, departmental statistics, and ICD-10 codes.
  • Promotes professional development and education to other health care workers and team members by providing representation on committees and demonstrating self-direction for continued education.
