Job Summary

• This position will lead a team of CAD Designers and Drafters focusing on implementing CAD best practices across a portfolio of projects.
• Manage, lead, train and mentor a team of designers promoting continuous learning and improvement.
• The estimated annual pay range for this role is currently $116,000 - $162,500, which reflects base salary only and does not include bonus payments, benefits or retirement contributions.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related area and 7 years engineering experience including supervisory/lead and project management experience
• OR High School Diploma and 12 years engineering experience including supervisory/lead and project management experience
• Experience managing a staff of design professionals
• Drafting and Design experience
• Expertise in guiding transition to new design software
• Expertise in developing CAD standards of practice
• Expertise with industry standard CAD tools
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills
• Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulatory compliance
• Knowledge of efficient plant layout
