Job Summary
This role will work closely with the Morgan Stanley real estate strategy team, operations & project management team and key internal stakeholders.
You will oversee all engineering infrastructure, housekeeping and other property related services across the managed locations ensuring that Property Operations maintenance partners operate in an effective manner and in compliance with Morgan Stanley’s rules and guidelines.

Key Requirements
At least 6 years' relevant experience
Degree standard or higher in Facilities Management, Engineering and/or Building Services discipline with 5 years plus experience
Experience in managing large office campus
Experience in Facilities Management industry (contracting and client-side)
Experience with similar scale and type of projects and clients
