Job Summary

  • This role will perform Assoc Manager, Employee Relations related duties to include: Providing guidance and services specific to advancing investigations, communicating policies and practices, and advising on workplace matters.
  • Conduct timely, objective, and thorough internal investigations including but not limited to allegations of inappropriate conduct, harassment, discrimination, and retaliation.
  • Collaborate with clients and key stakeholders on performance and change management solutions.
