Job Summary

  • Support the preparation, review and filing of SEC periodic reports (10-Q, 10-K, 8-K).
  • Coordinate with segment financial reporting teams and other corporate functions for footnotes and management’s discussion and analysis.
  • Lead the development and deployment of highly complex changes to accounting tools, reporting and consolidation internal controls, processes, and process improvements.

  • Certified Public Accountant

  • Experience with Oracle, PeopleSoft, Cognos, SAP
