Key Requirements

  • 2 years of experience in a MRI Technologist role
  • Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) certification issued by CAMRT, ARMRIT, or ARRT
  • ARRT registration and certification needs to be obtained within 2 years
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by AHA needs to be obtained within 6 months
  • Advanced training beyond High School in Radiologic Technology
  • Knowledge of cross sectional anatomy and magnetic safety
  • Proficient in IV and venipuncture
