Key Requirements
2 years of experience in a MRI Technologist role
Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) certification issued by CAMRT, ARMRIT, or ARRT
ARRT registration and certification needs to be obtained within 2 years
Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by AHA needs to be obtained within 6 months
Advanced training beyond High School in Radiologic Technology
Knowledge of cross sectional anatomy and magnetic safety
