Job Summary
The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
Employees are responsible for identifying residents correctly, recording all entries on flow sheets, and reporting any changes in condition or accidents to the Nurse Supervisor immediately.
The role requires assisting residents with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and moving, while ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the shift.

Follow infection control and safety protocols
