Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Oracle HCM Payroll implementation experience
System integration with local payroll systems
API and middleware knowledge (WebSphere, BizTalk)
SQL and PL/SQL database management skills
Data mapping for HR and payroll modules
Nice-to-have
Project management methodologies and tools
Basic programming languages PHP Laravel Java .NET
PMP or ITIL certifications
Process improvement initiative experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Key Requirements
1 year of experience in an HCM implementation role
Minimum 2 project implementations as Business Analyst or System Integrator
At least 2 years working with Oracle HCM as technical support or implementation team member
Experience implementing enterprise HCM Payroll in Singapore Malaysia Philippines Thailand Indonesia or Vietnam
Good knowledge of local statutory requirements for SG MY PH IN TH
