  • Project management methodologies and tools

Key Requirements

  • 1 year of experience in an HCM implementation role
  • Minimum 2 project implementations as Business Analyst or System Integrator
  • At least 2 years working with Oracle HCM as technical support or implementation team member
  • Experience implementing enterprise HCM Payroll in Singapore Malaysia Philippines Thailand Indonesia or Vietnam
  • Good knowledge of local statutory requirements for SG MY PH IN TH
