Job Summary

  • The primary purpose of this role is to drive Manufacturing Excellence across all the Integer Manufacturing Facilities by designing and implementing sustainable systems that enable full engagement resulting in world-class operational performance in safety, quality, delivery, lead-time, and cost.
  • Responsibilities include deploying the Integer Production System, leading the creation of site visions and strategic plans, facilitating workshops, coaching site leaders (especially Continuous Improvement Managers), promoting a lean culture in all sites, and managing/developing direct reports.

Base: $134,250 - $196,900; Bonus/Equity: cash-based incentive program; Benefits: comprehensive benefits package with immediate eligibility

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field preferred
  • 10 years industrial experience
  • Plant Continuous Improvement Manager experience preferred
  • Ability to influence at all levels of the organization
  • Well-developed skills for planning, executing and delivering projects
