Candidates will engage with customers, partners, and internal teams to analyze, define, and implement large-scale networking projects while providing feedback and improvements.

Must-have
Networking fundamentals and TCP/IP stack
Configuring and validating InfiniBand networks
Advanced EVPN, BGP, OSPF, VXLAN protocols
Network switch/router platforms expertise
Automated network provisioning solutions
Develop CI/CD pipelines for network operations
Strong English and Japanese communication skills
Nice-to-have
Familiarity with cloud networks AWS GCP Azure
Linux or Networking Certifications
Experience with HPC architectures
Knowledge of job schedulers Slurm PBS
Cluster management technologies knowledge
Experience with GPU focused hardware/software
Self-motivated leadership skills
Key Requirements
BS/MS/PhD or equivalent experience in related fields
At least 8 years professional networking experience
Proficiency in LAN and InfiniBand in HPC/AI environments
Strong written, verbal, and listening skills in English and Japanese
