Job Summary

  • Assist Manager, Fulfillment with overall production and fulfillment operations, including Centralized Project Access and address hygiene software, document formatting and text/ data merging and inventory/ postage accounts spreadsheet management.
  • Responsible for operating all Windows platform-related software (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook) and department hardware including laser printers, folders, Postage/Mail/Shipping Equipment, etc.
  • Must safeguard patient privacy and confidentiality by following the guidelines set forth in the Privacy and Security Rules of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).
