We are looking for a market-driven strategist, a high-performance operator, and an expert in luxury pre-owned inventory who knows how to build a department that wins.
This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Commission(s) off: Department Net Bonuses based on: Manufacturer Approvability, Total Units.

Annual Estimated Earnings Range: $100,000 - $120,000; Commission(s) off: Department Net Bonuses; Benefits: Health insurance, wellness program, life/disability insurance, retirement savings plan, paid holidays, PTO
