Prepare Timeshare Sales Contracts for Sales Department and Property Owners, and assist Administrative Supervisor in support of Sales Staff.

Complete daily gift, tour, and contract reconciliation
Data entry into Central Reservations Systems
Prepare and balance cash and down payments
Prepare Timeshare Sales Contracts

Assist property owners with contract questions
Maintain Property Owner Information
Support Sales, Marketing, HR, and Resort teams
Key Requirements
High School Diploma
One year of general office experience
One year of customer service experience
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel
Proficient in Central Reservation System (CRS) or EPNY
