Job Summary

• The Organizational Development Training Program Specialist will assist the Organizational Development (OD) Department with logistical and communication needs, ranging from supporting training courses to department logistics and executing the communication and marketing strategy.
• Key responsibilities include coordinating training logistics such as participant materials, room setup, inventory, and scheduling, as well as developing and coordinating OD communication and marketing materials.
• This position requires a Bachelor's degree in an applicable field or equivalent experience, with no prior experience required, and offers partial alternate work location per TAMU guidelines.
