Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or Organizational Development
  • 10 years leading large-scale transformations
  • Eligible to work in Chicago, IL without visa sponsorship
  • Reside within commuting distance of Chicago HQ
  • Mastery of core OCM methods like Prosci/ADKAR
