Job Summary

• Lead North America site services at a pivotal stage of operational maturity and modernization, elevating the on-site IT experience and strengthening asset and service governance.
• Own and redesign the end-to-end North America onboarding and off-boarding lifecycle, aligning stakeholders and workflows into a standardized, secure, and scalable operating model.
• Partner with global peers to align operating models, governance, and standards, identifying and implementing AI-enabled improvements within ITIL and operational workflows.
