Key Requirements

  • Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Accounting, or Human Resources
  • 3–5 years business or office operations experience
  • 2–3 years supervisory or people-leadership experience
  • Experience in HR, payroll, benefits, scheduling, accounts receivable/payable
  • Experience working in a unionized environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and advanced Excel
  • Current Vulnerable Sector Check or willingness to obtain
