Job Summary
The Pilot Instructor instructs and assesses the performance of students in C-17 TS flight simulators, classroom, learning center, and other aircrew training device environments.
The Instructors must maintain a high level of proficiency in instructional methods, aircrew training device and aircraft system operations applicable to crew position through self-study and simulator/aircraft training scenarios.

Key Requirements
Minimum 5-years flying experience Multi-engine Air Force aircraft
Minimum 2-years pilot instruction experience Air Force transport aircraft
Air Force Pilot Instructor rating required
8 or more years related work experience
Pilots with C-17 aircraft experience preferred
Typically 12-16 years related work experience or relevant military experience
