Job Summary
This role focuses on developing and delivering engaging, learner-centered training experiences for internal employees within the Gaming Systems department.
The Skills Trainer partners with Content Creators, Product Managers, Support, and Engineering teams to pinpoint knowledge deficiencies and craft impactful training initiatives.
Candidates must be capable of securing and upholding gaming licenses in all regions where Aristocrat conducts business, including enrollment with the Nevada Gaming Control Board.
