Salary
Base: $136,000 - $224,000 USD/CAD annually depending on location; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for bonus and potential equity; Benefits: Health, life, disability, retirement, PTO, and EAP included

Must-have
10+ years datacenter mechanical experience
HVAC architecture expertise including chillers
Sequence of Operations (SOO) knowledge
PUE and WUE efficiency metrics management
ISO50001 energy management compliance
Executive level presentation skills
Nice-to-have
Active Professional Engineering license
CFD analysis or modeling tools experience
Global engineering standards development
Mentoring junior team members
Cross-functional collaboration with construction teams
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
10+ years experience in datacenter environments
Experience in high availability or 24/7 operations
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
