Job Summary

• Review, analyze, and recommend payment solutions for customers past due, responsible for maintaining delinquency levels, repossession volumes, and charge-off accounts.
• Provide customer service for current and delinquent customers, becoming knowledgeable in bankruptcy laws and working with outside attorneys.
