Job Summary

• The Food & Beverage and Guest Services Manager is principally responsible for managing the catering contract, implementing and managing the customer service and experience program, and ensuring the property is a market leader in tenant and visitor experience.
• This role involves managing the property’s Customer Service Program, including event planning, community programs, and fostering relationships with key tenant representatives.
• The position requires managing various contracts and service providers, overseeing the Food & Beverage operator, and contributing to sustainability initiatives and budget management.
