Must-have
3+ years proactive sales experience
Regional or National Hotel Sales background
Venue Sourcing meetings & events experience
Proven track record in sales negotiations
Consistent track record of meeting sales goals
Nice-to-have
CMP certification preferred but not required
Strong financial competence
Ability to act as a change agent
Strategic approach to articulating value propositions
Key Requirements
