Job Summary

  • You will supervise employees within all operational areas within the highly automated Durham Retail Service Centre (DRSC), reporting to the General Manager, Operations.
  • The role requires flexibility to supervise any of the three shifts on a rotational basis and the ability to work overtime on a rotational basis for weekends or before/after shifts.

Key Requirements

  • 3+ years supervisory experience in automated warehousing
  • Supervisory experience in a unionized environment
  • Knowledge of distribution, shipping, and delivery procedures
  • Understanding of warehouse management fundamentals
  • Proficiency in Manhattan WM systems and SCI reporting
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite
  • Working knowledge of Ontario Occupational Health & Safety Act and WHMIS
  • Valid St. John’s Ambulance Standard First Aid Certificate or equivalent
