Job Summary
The Production Supervisor is responsible for driving daily targets while ensuring the production line strictly complies with Standard Operating Procedures and maintains a Safety-First mindset.
Candidates will analyze Work-in-Process (WIP) profiles to identify and resolve constraints in equipment, process, or manpower to enhance operational efficiency.
The role requires active leadership in 6S and Kaizen events, along with managing staff scheduling, training, and resolving production issues as they arise.
