Ojai Health and Rehabilitation is seeking an RN Supervisor for the 3rd shift with no weekend responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, supervisory experience, and expertise in managing nursing care in accordance with regulatory standards

Job Summary

  • The primary responsibility of the RN Supervisor is to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities of the facility during your tour of duty.
  • Supervise, instruct and assist LVN/LPN Nurses, Treatment Nurses and CNAs in provision of care with prompt response to call signals.
  • Participate in development, maintenance and implementation of the facility’s quality assurance program for the nursing department.
