The Cloud Operations Manager provides technical leadership and operational continuity for Fiserv’s enterprise multi-cloud operations across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
This role is responsible for mentoring engineers, guiding technical decision making during incidents, and ensuring operational practices align with SRE principles, automation, security, and compliance standards.
Leadership has clear visibility into operational health and risk while cloud operations demonstrate improved reliability, stability, and predictability.

Ability to operate in a 24x7 global operations model
