Job Summary
The Compensation Analyst will support development, implementation and administration of the company’s Base pay and Variable Compensation programs and systems.
Consults with business stakeholders to understand their varying needs and complexities and works with the HR team to ensure appropriate legal and Motion policy compliance.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, Math or related
Two (2) years of related experience
CCP, PHR/SPHR or other applicable industry recognized license preferred
Experience with Workday and/or Varicent or similar sales incentives software preferred
