Job Summary
Support the manufacturing shift team to deliver batches safely and successfully, quickly identify and resolve technical issues, and help the site deliver for patients.
Maintain and troubleshoot equipment in a GxP environment, execute the site’s maintenance program, and coordinate work within and beyond the Engineering team.
Anticipate and solve complex problems, perform under pressure, proactively communicate with stakeholders, and work closely with Planning & Scheduling to ensure work is completed safely and compliantly.
