Job Summary

  • The primary responsibility is to help Scrum teams succeed at delivering high value, high quality software efficiently using Agile and Scrum principles.
  • The role requires facilitating core Scrum events, coaching team members, and promoting an environment of collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Candidates must be amenable to working in an early morning shift (7 am- 4pm, Manila Time) with a hybrid work arrangement requiring at least 3 days onsite per week.
