Job Summary
Responsible for ensuring there is an up-to-date and verified database of all Assets and Configuration Items (CIs) throughout the IT Service Management Lifecycle.
Apply a continuous improvement approach to identifying and tracking company assets, CIs and their dependencies within the Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
Collaborate with key stakeholders, internal teams (such as Applications and Change and Release Mgt teams) and external vendors for the introduction and retirement of assets through changes, releases, upgrades, new technology deployments and acquisitions.
