Key Requirements
10+ years of cybersecurity experience focused on IAM
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
Extensive experience in designing and implementing IAM solutions
Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
Experience with IAM frameworks and standards (NIST, ISO 27001, CSA)
Experience with IAM-related regulatory compliance (GDPR, HIPAA)
