Greatplainspa is seeking a PRN (as needed) Caregiver to provide routine daily care and services to residents, following care plans and reporting any changes in health status. The role involves various tasks such as assisting with personal care, maintaining a clean environment, and ensuring residents' comfort and safety

Job Summary

  • Provide each assigned resident with routine daily care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan.
  • Report all changes in the residents’ condition to the Health and Wellness Director as soon as practical.
  • Create and maintain an atmosphere of warmth, personal interest and positive emphasis, as well as a calm environment throughout the unit and shift.
