Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in HR or Employee/Labour Relations
CIPD qualification preferred
Extensive experience managing ER and Works Council relationships in Europe
Proven track record with complex employee relations cases
Experience with social partners like Trade Unions or government bodies
