Job Summary
The Facilities Manager will assist with the management of the day-to-day client activities for the assigned property/facility, and be the on-site key point of contact for key stakeholders and client.
The role will assume overall responsibility for operational site budgets, program and reactive maintenance regimes, contractor management, management of minor works and management of risk and compliance programs.

Key Requirements
3-5 years experience in facilities operations

knowledge of local OHS requirements
