  • The Facilities Manager will assist with the management of the day-to-day client activities for the assigned property/facility, and be the on-site key point of contact for key stakeholders and client.
  • The role will assume overall responsibility for operational site budgets, program and reactive maintenance regimes, contractor management, management of minor works and management of risk and compliance programs.

Key Requirements

  • 3-5 years experience in facilities operations
  • managing facilities for a commercial client
  • knowledge of local OHS requirements
  • understanding of basic technical aspects of property
  • proven capacity to understand commercial contracts
  • experience managing operational budgets
  • delivery of Capital Projects and Tenancy Delivery
