  • Providing day-to-day legal support to the business on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters.
  • Advising internal stakeholders on corporate governance requirements, regulatory compliance obligations, and general commercial law matters.
  • The new joiner will also be expected to support legal matters across MENA in addition to Turkey.
