• The incumbent leads the Systems & Data Branch and is responsible for strategic data management, systems architecture, and digital transformation initiatives supporting controlled products case management and enforcement activities across the division.
• Lead development of comprehensive data strategies and digital architecture frameworks that support controlled products case management operations, ensuring alignment with HSA's broader IT ecosystem and national digital government initiatives.
• Lead and supervise the Systems & Data Branch team, ensuring effective performance management, technical capability development, and strategic alignment through coaching, mentoring, and professional development initiatives.
