Job Summary

  • Responsible for end-to-end design of differential systems used in Transmission and e-Axle architectures.
  • Deliver robust designs meeting torque capacity, durability, NVH and efficiency targets within package and cost constraints.
  • Coordinate with FEA teams for structural, thermal and NVH analysis and conduct DFMEA and root-cause analyses for failures.

  • Manufacturing knowledge of bevel cutting and heat treatment

Key Requirements

  • B.E / M.E Mechanical Engineering
  • 6 to 10 years experience
  • Experience with KISSsoft and UG-NX
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes for bevel gears
