Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Current Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Minimum of two (2) years of recent acute care medical/surgical nursing experience

  • Intermediate proficiency with computers and keyboarding
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and function effectively in a fast-paced acute care environment
