  • Provide high quality chronic pain consultative telehealth service to the Far West of New South Wales, based in Northern Sydney.
  • Provide a general non-admitted rehabilitation medicine service for the patients referred from the lower north shore of Sydney.
  • HammondCare is a NSW Health-affiliated organisation all NSW Health transferrable entitlements will be recognised.
