CPR American Heart Association and PALS certification
Act 33 Child Abuse Clearance Certificate
Act 34 Criminal Background Clearance Certificate
Act 73 FBI Fingerprinting Clearance
DEA Licensure within 60 days for NPs
ACLS certification required for Nurse Practitioners
