Job Summary

  • The Project / Budget Accounting Manager is a hybrid role supporting project / budget accounting for creative production, properties and IP activities as well as being involved in the overall agency financial close and reporting processes.
  • The Manager will reconcile multiple sets of books per agency client to document the project balances by client for all P&L and Balance Sheet accounts.
  • Work closely with project account leaders and teams to ensure projects stay within budget, clients are billed, vendors are paid, and the project budgets are reconciled.
